The Oslo part of the FUGE Bioinformatics platform

CBO has, in collaboration with the Salmon Genome Project and Bioportal, contributed in the programming of a pipeline connecting the sequence processing tools of the Salmon Genome Project with Phylogeny. This involves the downloading capabilities of the Genegrabber framework.

A first step in this is the webification of the Gene Ontology annotation pipeline from the Salmon Genome Project. An beta version of this is located here.

The next step is to connect all the sequence processing tools, through alignment programs, to phylogeny in some automatic/semi-automatic fashion.
