The Oslo part of the FUGE Bioinformatics platform

CBO is collaborating with the Biobanks for health platform and Usit in setting up a research design web-site, with available meta-data from questionaires, biological material and analysis results for the two biobanks within Fuge ("Mor og Barn" and CONOR). This is a development project, but certain authorized users may monitor our development here

Since these types of projects always depend heavily on approval from different instances, this site will include tools for helping in this procedure. It will include tools for designing research projects, creating lists of data needed in such projects. It will also include tools for sending your application to the appropriate instance, and including your request for access to data.

Our goal is also to include meta-data information from other sources, such as other biobanks and registrries available in Norway and possible other countries through an EU collaboration.
